Position Summary:

Centre Technologies is a managed services and IT consulting company serving businesses across Texas and Oklahoma. We work as a customer's IT department or alongside its internal team, providing managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and access controls.

• Help secure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Intune.

• Review customer environments against Centre's security standards and help address identified gaps.

• Investigate identity and Microsoft 365 security alerts, escalating complex issues when needed.

• Participate in security assessments, hardening projects, and customer improvement initiatives.

• Document changes, findings, and procedures clearly.

• Communicate with customers and collaborate with Security Operations, service delivery, and project teams.

Education/Experience/Certifications:

• Two or more years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 administration.

• A basic understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, identity security, and cloud security.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to stay organized across multiple environments.

• Curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced team members.

Desired Experience/Certifications:

• Experience in an MSP, consulting, or multi-customer environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Intune, security baselines, or PowerShell.

• Microsoft certifications such as SC-900, SC-300, SC-200, or Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate.
